All clients are entitled to receive a free preliminary appointment with the duty counsellor.
The free appointment will explain the services available, discuss fees, clinicians and convenient times and allow for the administration of appropriate questionnaires. At this session you may also be referred to a GP for a Mental Health Care Plan.
